 Support Coordination is funded under the NDIS Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living budget. This service includes coordination of supports, provider engagement, planning assistance, non‑face‑to‑face work, travel and reporting.

Fees: Charged at the current NDIS Price Guide rate.

 Specialist Support Coordination provides complex, risk‑aware support for participants with higher needs or multi‑agency involvement. This includes crisis planning, structured coordination, documentation and collaboration with multiple providers. 

Fees: Charged at the current NDIS Price Guide rate.

 Psychosocial Recovery Coaching offers recovery‑oriented, capacity‑building support for participants with psychosocial disability. This includes goal development, community connection, coaching conversations, non‑face‑to‑face work and travel. 

Fees: Charged at the current NDIS Price Guide rate.

 All NDIS‑funded services are billed in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide, including travel, non‑face‑to‑face work, documentation and reportable activities. Participants with funding in the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living budget do not pay out‑of‑pocket fees for these supports.

    Senior consulting for governance, compliance, audit preparation, organisational structure and risk. Fees: $350.00 per hour or quoted per project depending on scope.

   Structured support for guardianship matters, decision‑making frameworks, documentation and guidance through complex personal or family transitions. 

Fees: $250.00 per hour.

  Professional mediation for families, organisations and multi‑party matters, including culturally informed and trauma‑aware practice. 

Fees: 280.00 per hour.

  High‑level advisory for HR governance, policy development, workforce issues and organisational processes. 

Fees: $260.00.00 per hour.

 Structured reports, summaries, recommendations and formal documentation. 

Fees: $280.00 per hour or fixed fee depending on scope.

Travel is charged at standard professional rates for in‑person meetings, mediation, governance work, or guardianship support.

 Fees: $1.10 per km or an agreed travel fee depending on distance and time. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a fee to cover reserved time and preparation.

 Fees: As per service agreement.

All private services are delivered under a written service agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, confidentiality, responsibilities and any relevant conditions. The agreement ensures clarity for both parties and provides a structured framework for governance, mediation, advisory and guardianship support.
